For 2 glasses of lassi
400 gm Curd
2 Tbs Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
3 Tbs Sugar
4 or 5 ice cubes
1 pinch of Black Salt (optional)
1 or 2 whole cashew (Optional, for garnishing)
To make sweet peanut butter lassi, add the curd, peanut butter, sugar and ice cubes in a blender and blend it for a minute, so that you get a thick and smooth consistency. If you want you can put a little bit of black salt to taste.
Serve chilled with a garnish of cashew nuts, black salt and ice cubes.
